With more than 5 years of Strategy and Digital Consulting experience, she is able to guide IOTA and its collaborators through the entire digital experience — from strategy definition, through pilot development to organizational set-ups and centers of excellence — approved in large corporates and startups simultaneously.
Prior to joining IOTA, Janna worked as a Digital Strategy consultant at EY, where she was responsible for and involved in several global projects at DAX 30 companies. Her main areas of focus were strategic definition, business impact analysis, technology development and organizational set-up of new teams, all related to new technologies, such as Robotics, AI and Blockchain.
Prior to EY, Janna gained deep hands-on experience in several tech startups and investors. She was responsible for a large variety of tasks, such as business plan development, market acquisitions, operational processes, and vertical definition, as well as their integration in existing service offerings. With her ability to professionally network, she is able to serve all relevant needs from different stakeholders.
